eCommerce Channel Coordinator/Specialist

About the position

Our client, an established and growing importer of quality home and lifestyle products, seeks to employ a vibrant, creative and proactive eCommerce Coordinator/Specialist to join their progressive and expanding professional team. 




Please note that this role is focused on securing two eCommerce specialists, who will focus on the growth and development of their own eCommerce platform, as well as managing key accounts and day to day trading on 3rd party platforms, therefore only candidates with a background in eCommerce will be considered.


KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:  

• You will have a tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, coupled with between 1-5 years of experience in eCommerce sales, accountment management and digital marketing, ideally dealing with home, lifestyle or related products.

• You will have experience in developing and implementing sales and strategic key account plans to achieve revenue growth, as well as identifying and pursuing cross-selling or upselling of products.

• Sound knowledge of supporting product listings, ensuring optimal visibility, correct listings and are compliant with 3rd party merchant platforms guidelines.

• Solid experience in brand presentations across ecommerce platforms, as well as managing new product launches on ecommerce platforms, managing the internal CRM and analysing data on products and consumer trends.

• You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.

• You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
