About the position

An established organisation is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, Information Systems or a related field, and 5+ years’ e-commerce leadership experience within retail, agriculture, FMCG, hardware or a multi-branch environment. Candidates must have experience with e-commerce migrations or software implementations, logistics and courier integrations, digital advertising budgets and measurable ROI, as well as strong Afrikaans and English communication skills. A valid driver’s licence is required.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms, product catalogues and pricing.
  • Drive digital marketing, online sales and customer acquisition.
  • Optimise customer experience, conversion rates and platform profitability.
  • Coordinate online order fulfilment with branches, warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Analyse sales, conversion and customer data to drive commercial decisions.
  • Manage developers, vendors and digital agencies.
  • Implement new e-commerce features and integrate systems, payment gateways and logistics solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant consumer, data protection and e-commerce legislation.
