About the position
Summary: Practical growth specialist responsible for the experiment backlog, ICE/RICE prioritisation, weekly test cadence and end-to-end growth experimentation across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and priority category growth.
Purpose
To design and run a high-velocity growth experimentation engine, with a target of 3-5 funnel experiments per week and a disciplined approach to measuring uplift, learning quickly and scaling successful interventions.
Key Responsibilities

- Apply ICE/RICE prioritisation and commercial filters to select experiments with the strongest likely impact.
- Define hypotheses, target segments, success metrics, measurement windows and scale/stop/iterate recommendations.
- Run 3-5 experiments per week across CRM, paid media, product journeys, payment messaging, retargeting and loyalty/rewards-led offers.
- Work with the Growth Analyst to identify funnel drop-offs, segment opportunities and experiment results.
- Coordinate with CRM, Performance Marketing and Product/CRO specialists to launch tests quickly and measure impact.
- Focus strongly on registered non-transactors, high-intent browsers, cart abandoners, priority category shoppers and loyalty/rewards customers.
- Present weekly learnings, winning tests, failed tests and next experiment recommendations.
- Support scale-up of successful experiments into repeatable growth practices.
Required Experience
- 5+ years in growth, product growth, growth marketing, digital commerce, app growth, e-commerce, marketplace, fintech or consumer platform roles.
- Hands-on experience designing and running experiments, A/B tests, funnel tests, campaign tests or control-group tests.
- Strong understanding of acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and repeat-purchase levers.
- Experience working with CRM, paid media, product, analytics and technology teams.
