? Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
? 3–5 years' experience in an e-commerce, digital product, or digital marketing role.
? Experience managing e-commerce platforms and online product catalogues.
? Strong understanding of customer journey optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
? Experience working with CMS and e-commerce platforms.
? Strong analytical skills with experience using digital analytics tools.
? Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
? Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
? Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
