Psybergate is an IT company that builds bespoke software solutions and provides highly skilled resources to its clients.
We’re looking for a talented Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a fast-paced and innovative team, working on the development of model-driven apps to support lead management and broader CRM functionality. This a 12 month Contract based in JHB North ( Onsite)
This role requires strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and custom development of business processes.
What you will be doing:
- Design, develop, and implement model-driven apps for efficient lead management using MS Dynamics 365.
- Create custom automations and business processes to enhance CRM functionality.
- Proficiently work with Dynamics 365, specifically model-driven apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting in the programming and configuration of CRM solutions.
- Utilize the PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) and Microsoft Dataverse to build scalable solutions.
- Write custom plugins, workflows, and business process flows within Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Gain hands-on experience with MS Dynamics Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
- Manage the development, configuration, and deployment of model-driven apps to production.
- Follow Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices in a collaborative team environment.
What we are looking for:
- Completed IT degree / BSc degree or other related fields
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
- Expertise in building and deploying model-driven apps and custom automation.
- Proficient in Power Automate, PowerApps, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).
- In-depth knowledge of writing plugins, workflows, and business process flows in Dynamics CRM.
- Solid background in high-level object-oriented programming (OOP) languages such as C# or Java.
- Understanding of integration techniques and working with REST APIs.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
