DTT Quality Assurance Agents at Sentech

About the position

Sentech requires the services of dedicated DTT STB quality assurance agents to provide support to Sentech's customers in the Northern Cape (6), North West (10) Limpopo (10) candidates in each Province on Six (06) month contract. The appointed candidates will be housed in The base Operational Centres, sixteen (16) in the Vryburg Operational Centre, four (4) in the Upington Operational Centre and six (6) in the Polokwane Operational Centre.

The prospective applicant should have the following:

• Matric certificate
• A telephone and be contactable
• A code 08 (EB) driver's license (4x4 driving and advanced driving additional advantage)
• Be prepared to drive long distances and work long hours when required
• Be prepared to work away from home on regular basis
• Good communication skills
• Be self-motivated and take responsibility for his/her responsibilities.
• Willingness to learn and a team worker

The job responsibilities include the following:

• Quality assurance of installation work completed by contractors
• Visibility during DTT STB installation on sample houses to ensure good customer and client relation also quality assurance.
• Ensure efficiencies during the DTT STB installations Maintain good customer relationship
• Produce quality assurance report when required Play an active role in the improvement of facilities, standards and development of systems
• Function as part of a project team support system

This is a Six months Contract.
