About the position

  • Sales Generation: Actively prospect and identify potential clients within the designated territory or market segment. Initiate contact, engage in sales presentations, and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Address inquiries, provide solutions, and maintain regular communication to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's drone products, features, and capabilities. Articulate product benefits and technical specifications to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to clients' needs. Highlight product benefits, demonstrate value, and address potential concerns.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, aiming to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Overcome objections, address pricing concerns, and close sales effectively.
  • Sales Targets: Work toward achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas. Develop strategies and action plans to meet or surpass sales goals.
  • Lead Management: Manage leads, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and outcomes.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use insights to adapt sales strategies and approaches.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity summaries. Provide timely updates on sales activities and results.
  • Sales Process Adherence: Follow established sales processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to guidelines. Provide feedback to improve sales processes when necessary.
  • Ethical Conduct: Conduct all sales activities with integrity, honesty, and professionalism. Uphold the company's reputation and values in all interactions.
