Driver (Code 10 with PrDP)

About the position

Our Client based in Johannesburg is seeking a  Driver (Code 10 with PrDP) to join their team. This would be a 3 month contract.
Key Responsibilities: 

• Safely transport printing and signage products to customers and suppliers.
• Load, unload, and verify stock before and after deliveries.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to schedules.
• Maintain the company vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company transport policies.
• Assist with general logistics and warehouse duties when required.
• Provide excellent customer service by being professional, neat, and friendly.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, sales, and customers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid Code 10 driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
• Grade 12 (Matric) Qualification
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience in a similar role.
• Well-versed in English (spoken and written) for clear communication.
• Neat, presentable, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Friendly and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of routes and road networks in Durban.
• Ability to handle and secure goods safely.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
