About the position
Red Ember Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and detail-oriented Draught Administrator. This position is responsible for handling administrative support functions related to callout processing, technician coordination, vehicle documentation, and weekly reporting. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a high-paced environment, with a keen eye for accuracy, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
1. Callout Coordination and Closure
2. Weekly Reporting and Pack Submission
Log and report any non-deliveries with appropriate reasons.
Output: All callouts are processed and completed according to company standards.
3. Technician Vehicle Administration
Complete and submit weekly admin reports.
Output: Accurate and timely submission of all weekly packs and reports.
Working Conditions
Submit all completed documents to the relevant fleet administrator.
Output: All technician vehicle records are kept up to date and compliant.
