About the position
A leading integrated services company is seeking an experienced Divisional Director: Africa to oversee the full commercial, operational, strategic, and financial performance of its African operations. The role will initially manage four African countries, with a strong focus on regional expansion, market growth, acquisitions, operational excellence, and profitability.
This executive leadership position requires a commercially driven leader with proven experience in scaling multi-country operations, driving revenue growth, strengthening leadership teams, managing full P&L responsibility, and leading strategic market expansion initiatives across Africa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising existing territories, identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, improving operational performance, ensuring governance and compliance, enhancing client retention, and driving long-term business sustainability across the region
Minimum Requirements: Experience
- Minimum 10–15 years senior leadership experience in multi-branch or multi-country operations.
- Proven track record of delivering sustained revenue and profit growth.
- Strong experience managing P&L at divisional or regional level.
- Demonstrated success in acquisitions, integrations, and scaling businesses.
- Multi-branch or multi-country operational experience will be advantageous.
- Experience operating within African markets will be advantageous.
- Strong strategic sales and negotiation capability.
Minimum Requirements: Education
- Grade 12 (minimum)
- Relevant Business, Finance, Engineering, or Management Degree preferred
- Executive leadership qualification advantageous

- Passport and ability to travel across Africa
- Compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements where applicable
