Summary:
Distribution Supervisor
Location: Salt River, Western Cape

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS: 
- Diploma / degree qualification.
- Experience in the FMCG environment, food exp. advantageous.
- Experience in route / people / customer management.
- Basic knowledge of disciplinary processes and hearings.
- Strong individual with team-leading or supervisory exp.             

ROLE OVERVIEW: 
The Sales Operations Supervisor maximises route sales, manages staff and assets, ensures customer satisfaction, and achieves KPIs while applying strong organisational, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC literacy.
• Relevant diploma is desirable.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position within the FMCG industry.
• Valid Code C1 driver’s licence and PDP.
• At least 2 years’ experience with vehicle tracking on in-house systems is essential.
• Required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Overtime may be required from time to time.
