About the position
Our client requires the skills of an Excel Expert to function in the role of a distribution administrator.
The core function of the role will be to ensure accurate and timely reporting, preparing and quantifying
such reports for distribution and distribution analysis.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Distribution Preparation: Prepare and validate all necessary cue sheets, reports, and music lists for distribution. Implement quality checks to prevent duplicate files and ensure broadcast schedule data accuracy.
- Statement Processing: Generate and transmit timely statements. This includes uploading reports to the DSP Backoffice FTP and importing files into the back-office system.
- Query Resolution: Manage and resolve all department inquiries, ensuring acknowledgment and resolution within 48 hours.
Desired Experience & Qualification
? Degree in relevant field
? Minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel experience
? Strong attention to detail
? Strong and proven problem solving skills
