About the position
Are you a proactive and hands-on Dispatch Supervisor with solid experience in warehousing and logistics? Our client, a leading FMCG company based in Cape Town, is looking for a reliable team player to join their fast-paced environment on a permanent basis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing daily dispatch operations to ensure timeous and accurate delivery of goods
- Leading a team within the dispatch and warehouse function
- Coordinating and tracking inventory movement and stock levels
- Ensuring all dispatch documentation is accurate and aligned with system entries
- Liaising with internal teams and transport service providers
- Working on Sage Pastel to manage dispatch and stock records
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a supervisory dispatch or warehouse role (FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Sage Pastel
- Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to lead and motivate a team under pressureStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
