Our large Managed Healthcare client is seeking a Disease Risk Case Manager (DRM) with specialized qualifications in Diabetic Education or Mental Health, coupled with 2-5 years of experience in their respective fields and at least 2 years' experience within Managed Healthcare.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the product through innovative strategies and approaches
• Mentor colleagues and provide guidance to the team in their specialized areas
• Participate in Corporate Wellness Days, facilitating Corporate Member Education sessions
• Manage automated solutions to streamline processes
• Handle escalated cases with precision and care

Requirements

• SANC Registered Nurse
• Minimum 2 years of Managed Care experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in Mental Health or Diabetic Nurse Education
• Passionate about their area of expertise
• Able to make tough decisions with assertiveness and confidence
