About the position

Seeking a leader to guide expert teams in customized solution design, project delivery, and eDocument issuance system development, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles in enterprise application design and deployment
• Experience with secured issuance of electronic documents (e.g., national ID, passports) preferred
• Expertise in system architecture design and implementation for on-premises and cloud-based solutions
• Knowledge of Flutter, Java, J2EE, C++, C#, .NET, TypeScript, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, MS-SQL, Oracle, MySQL
• Strong background in cryptography, PKI, and information security
• Proficiency in leading teams, managing projects, and communicating with senior management
• Ability to travel internationally as required
