About the position

Our direct marketing client in the insurance industry is looking for well spoken, assertive AFRIKAANS speaking LADIES between the age of 24 - 39 for Direct Sales Agent positions. If money and competitiveness is your motivation, then they will want you to join their team.

Job Description:

• Paid in-house training
• Successful candidate must have "Close the deal attitude!"
• Be tenacious and hard working.
• Sell quality insurance products to referral based leads.
• It's a self-driven position - what you put in, you get out!
• No cold calling
• No field work

• Excellent incentive structure during training
• UNCAPPED commission, no claw-backs of commissions, refferal-based leads
• Earning potentials of R2500 - R6500 plus / week
• During training they pay up to R70 per day of your Gautrain costs
• On successful completion of the full training programme, you can become permanent and reap the benefits of a basic salary plus high incentives

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Sales Experience will be advantageous
• Money-Hungry
• Native/Fluent in both Afrikaans & English - NB
• Clear ITC and Criminal Record
• Availible immediately
