What You'll Do
- Build a book of business by prospecting, networking, and nurturing client relationships.
- Deliverholistic financial advice using Old Mutual's structured 6-step financial planning process.
- Analyse client financial needs and create fit-for-purpose financial plans aligned to their goals and aspirations.
- Provide advice across insurance, investments, risk cover, and retirement planning.
- Stay current with industry regulations, compliance standards (FAIS), and economic trends.
- Conduct annual reviews to keep client portfolios aligned with changing goals and circumstances.
- Engage in continuous learning and work towards becoming a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) or similar professional designation.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- At least 18 months' experience in financial services or related sales roles
- RE5 Certification + Class of Business completed
- Valid Driver's Licence + Own Reliable Car
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Tech-savvy and able to work with digital platforms
- Strong planning, communication, and client relationship skills
- Sales-driven, resilient and ready to build your own business with support
