About the position
We are looking for a strategic Digitalization Manager who can bridge the gap between technology and business operations (manufacturing) – the focus is on driving digital transformation across the business while overseeing key technology partners and internal digital initiatives.
The ideal candidate
- Strong experience in manufacturing ERP systems, preferably Syspro, with a solid understanding of MRP (Material Requirement Planning, BOMs (Bill of Materials) and manufacturing processes.
- Leading Digital transformation projects from inception to implementation
We are looking for a strategic Digitalization Manager who can bridge the gap between technology and business operations (manufacturing) – the focus is on driving digital transformation across the business while overseeing key technology partners and internal digital initiatives.
The ideal candidate
- Strong experience in manufacturing ERP systems, preferably Syspro, with a solid understanding of MRP (Material Requirement Planning, BOMs (Bill of Materials) and manufacturing processes.
- Proven success leading digital transformation projects from concept through implementation, including process mapping, stakeholder engagement, change management and user adoption.
- Experience managing multiple digitalization projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize competing business requirements and control scope, timelines and budgets.
- Strong business process improvement skills, identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Experience with BI and reporting platforms (Power BI or similar), dashboards, data integration and data-driven decision-making.
- The ability to engage confidently with senior leadership while also leading and developing a small internal team and managing external service providers.
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity governance, disaster recovery, compliance and IT risk management.
- A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, and identify practical business applications.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant degree / diploma
- Solid ERP System knowledge
- Business Intelligence Tools experience (PowerBI or similar)
- Digital transformation experience – from concept to implementation
- Business process improvement
