About the position

The Digital Promotions Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the setup, enrichment, validation, and management of digital promotions, deals, and bonus buy campaigns across online channels.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring all promotional offers are accurately loaded and displayed across digital platforms, including the website and app. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, catalogue, and support teams to ensure campaigns go live correctly and on time.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage digital promotions, deals, and bonus buy campaigns
  • Ensure promotions are accurately loaded and displayed across website and app platforms
  • Validate and enrich promotional data
  • Resolve promotion-related queries and escalate issues where required
  • Support campaign go-live checks and promotional optimisation
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product Catalogue teams
Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital promotions, eCommerce, retail marketing, or similar
  • Strong understanding of promotional campaigns and bonus buy mechanics
  • Experience working with large datasets and promotional validation
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
