About the position
Our client within the financial services sector, specialising in motor-related products and services are looking for a passionate, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to own and drive our digital marketing strategy end-to-end.
This is not a traditional corporate "manage-the-agency" role-you will be actively involved in platforms, running campaigns, leading a team, and seeing real-time results. You will report directly to the Managing Director and play a key role in shaping growth strategy.

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Marketing Management or equivalent
- Google Ads Certification (advantageous)
- Meta Blueprint Certification (advantageous)
Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation
- Expertise in:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- SEO (technical, on-page, content strategy)
- Google Analytics & Search Console
- Email marketing, automation, and WhatsApp tools
- Strong budget management and ROI optimisation skills
- Experience with BI and development teams (advantageous)
- Comfortable handling multiple projects with multi-million budget
