About the position
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes performance marketing. This role requires someone highly experienced in planning, launching, managing, and optimising digital campaigns across all major platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, commercially minded, and confident running paid campaigns on Google and across social media platforms to drive measurable growth.
You must be comfortable managing full-funnel campaigns, working with data daily, and continuously optimising for ROI, lead quality, and conversions
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- TikTok Ads
- X (Twitter) Ads
- Any relevant emerging platforms
- Manage full campaign lifecycle from research and audience targeting to reporting and optimisation.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Build and optimise conversion-focused ad funnels.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create and test ad copy, creatives, and landing page messaging.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ads and landing pages.
- Monitor CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS and other performance metrics.
- Optimise campaigns daily/weekly to maximise performance and reduce wasted spend.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Provide clear recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and conversion setup across platforms.
Social Media & Digital Growth
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling digital creatives.
- Align paid campaigns with organic social strategy.
- Scale campaigns based on performance data and revenue targets.
SEO & Conversion Optimisation (Advantageous)
- Support SEO strategy implementation.
- Improve landing page conversion rates.
- Work with web developers to enhance user experience and tracking accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns.
- Proven experience running Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital funnels and conversion tracking.
- Experience managing significant ad budgets.
- Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
