Content, E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist (Mid-Level | Multi-Brand)
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, mid-level Content, E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to support multi-brand digital operations and marketing execution. This role blends creative content production with e-commerce management, digital campaign execution, fulfilment coordination, and customer engagement.
The successful candidate will work across content creation, Shopify store management, marketplace operations, email marketing, paid advertising, and campaign support. This is a fast-paced execution role suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both creative and operational marketing functions independently.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Creative Production
- Design and create visual content for social media, email, websites, and campaigns
- Shoot photo and video content (product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, short-form video)
- Edit content for platform-specific formats (Instagram, TikTok, email, web)
- Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach
- Ensure all creative aligns with brand identity and tone of voice
- Assist with content calendars and campaign creative needs
Social Media & Online Community Management
- Assist with managing social media accounts across brands
- Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages professionally
- Maintain an active and positive online presence
- Escalate complex customer issues where required
Email & Written Marketing Content
- Build and send email campaigns using marketing automation platforms
- Design email layouts and write engaging campaign copy
- Assist with audience segmentation and tagging
- Monitor performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions)
- Write and edit blog articles aligned to SEO and campaign goals
- Proofread and update website content
Shopify & Multi-Brand E-commerce Management
- Manage daily operations across multiple Shopify stores
- Upload and optimise products, pricing, collections, and SEO metadata
- Implement promotions, campaigns, and homepage updates
- Maintain brand consistency across online stores
- Monitor site performance and flag technical issues
- Maintain accurate stock alignment across systems
Order Processing, Fulfilment & Courier Coordination
- Process daily online orders across brands
- Book couriers using approved platforms
- Generate labels, waybills, and manifests
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Liaise with courier partners on collections and claims
- Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges
Marketplace & BNPL Platform Management
- Manage listings, pricing, and stock on online marketplaces
- Process marketplace orders within SLA requirements
- Support promotions and deal submissions
- Monitor fees and margins
- Manage BNPL platforms and monitor transactions and settlements
- Escalate reconciliation issues when required
Paid Digital Advertising
- Build, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Test creatives, audiences, and formats
- Monitor CPA, ROAS, and campaign performance
- Adjust campaigns based on results
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using GA4 and platform analytics
- Monitor conversion funnels and traffic sources
- Compile weekly and monthly reports
- Provide insights and optimisation recommendations
