About the position
Digital Marketing Manager HUB SPOT NOT NEGOTIABLE As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping to drive the companies Requirements:
growth by planning, executing, and optimising the digital marketing initiatives under the
instruction of the Senior Marketing Manager.
This includes being responsible for managingand optimising paid media channels (Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn), helping on all aspects of HubSpot marketing automation, and collaborating across teams to enhance the companiesonline presence. The main key performance indicator (KPI) of the role isgenerating qualified leads and accelerating the sales pipeline.
This is a hands-on role, requiring strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and a passion for
data-driven marketing in a B2B software as a service (SaaS) environment.
Paid Media & Digital Advertising:
? Help to improve and implement the digital marketing strategy, and continuously
optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn to
drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration.
? Analyse and report on paid media performance, providing actionable insights and
recommendations for improvement.
Marketing Automation & Email Marketing:
? Management of campaigns in HubSpot in relation to marketing automation,
including database maintenance, segmentation, workflow creation, and
performance reporting.
? Ensure data integrity and compliance across the HubSpot database for both the
marketing and sales teams.
Content & Social Media Management:
? Assistance in writing industry-relevant blog content, e-guides, email content, and
customer case studies.
? Execution of content on Paid Media Channels.
Collaboration & Brand Management
? In conjunction with senior marketing management, work closely with other teams
such as sales, client management, and external partners, to ensure alignment of
marketing initiatives with business goals
? Help maintain and evolve the COMPANIES brand toolkit, ensuring consistency
across all touchpoints
Website Management
? Collaborate with the coompanies Senior Marketing team and our external web
agencies to optimise set performance, search engine optimisation (SEO), and user
experience in line with the companiess overall digital strategy.
? Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic
visibility and lead generation.
? Bachelor's degree in marketing (or similar)
? Five (5) years' experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on running
and optimising all paid media channels.
? Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with HubSpot, including advanced
segmentation and reporting.
? The candidate's experience must come from in-house business, and not from a
marketing agency.
? Experience in developing, managing, and executing integrated marketing
strategies in a B2B environment (SaaS highly beneficial).
? Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement, data analysis,
and reporting.
? Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn
Campaign Manager, WordPress, Meta Ads).
? Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
simultaneously.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
