Digital Marketing Executive (Remote)

Full-time: Reporting directly to the Senior Account Manager
Salary: Competitive/Dependent on experience

About the Role

We're looking for a digitally sharp, commercially minded marketer to join our fast-growing B2B marketing agency.

If you know how to turn marketing tools and tactics into measurable results, this is your chance to grow fast and do meaningful work. You'll work across email, LinkedIn, CRMs, and content to help run campaigns that drive real outcomes for ambitious clients across tech, financial services and engineering.

We need someone who understands how to plan, execute, and optimise outbound and inbound campaigns across platforms like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Campaign Monitor, and more.

Location: Remote, South Africa (bonus if you're based near Johannesburg for fortnightly team meet ups)

The Ideal Candidate Will...

  • Have over 3 years of hands-on marketing experience in an agency environment (we will consider exceptional in-house candidates)
  • Be confident using tools like HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Lemlist, and Google Sheets (or similar tools)
  • Understand how to plan, execute, and improve LinkedIn/email campaigns
  • Write sharp, purposeful copy for different channels (email, social, landing pages)
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with teammates and clients
  • Be incredibly organised, accountable, and able to manage multiple deliverables at once
  • Spot performance trends and take action (not just report)
  • Be collaborative, curious, and ready to grow
  • Be a highly accountable individual who enjoys finding solutions and taking ownership
  • Be happy to get stuck in and support the team wherever needed

Even Better If You...

  • Have experience managing B2B lead gen or nurture campaigns
  • Know your way around analytics dashboards and attribution tracking
  • Have exposure to SEO, paid ads, or webinar/event marketing
  • Can spot commercial opportunities inside client activity

Your Role at Twenty One Twelve

Your work will vary based on your experience, but could include:

  • Building and launching LinkedIn/email outreach campaigns
  • Writing content for email, social, and landing pages
  • Creating campaign assets in tools like Canva
  • Managing inboxes and coordinating client follow-ups
  • Segmenting and managing data inside CRMs like HubSpot
  • Monitoring performance and flagging optimisation opportunities
  • Contributing to client calls, creating client reports and suggesting progressions
  • Overseeing a range of freelancers, including copywriters, video editors and paid media specialists
  • Working closely with our UK Account Directors and SA-based delivery team
  • Helping improve internal systems and campaign processes
