About the position
A Cape Town-based consumer electronics distributor and retailer that specializes in importing, marketing, and distributing cutting-edge international tech and lifestyle brands across South Africa, is seeking a Multi-Brand Digital Coordinator to execute and support digital marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities:
- Identity Management: Maintain distinct brand positioning, tone, and guidelines across multiple brands.
- Localization: Adapt global content specifically for the South African market.
- Planning: Assist in maintaining structured content and campaign calendars.
- Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Engagement: Monitor community interactions and track platform-specific growth and engagement metrics.
- Execution: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring paid social and sponsored campaigns.
- Optimization: Monitor budgets, track performance metrics, and highlight optimization opportunities.
- Influencer Management: Coordinate partnerships from brief to execution, tracking deliverables and timelines.
- Campaign Rollouts: Support end-to-end digital campaigns and promotions aligned with sales objectives.
- Web Support: Coordinate website content and promotional updates to ensure online accuracy.
- KPI Tracking: Compile monthly and post-campaign reports tracking reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Insights: Provide structured feedback and data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Multi-Brand Management: Proven experience coordinating multiple brands simultaneously.
- Social Platforms: Hands-on experience managing and scheduling for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Paid Media: Exposure to paid social advertising and basic budget tracking.
- Influencer Marketing: End-to-end coordination of influencer campaigns and deliverables.
- Tech Stack: Practical experience working within the Zoho ecosystem.
- Core Skills: Exceptional organizational habits, strong project management, and sharp written communication/copy coordination skills.
Desirable (Bonus)- Digital Marketing: Basic knowledge of SEO or email marketing.
- Content Creation: Basic graphic design or short-form video editing skills.
- Global to Local: Experience adapting and localizing international brands for the local market.
