Global legal practice is looking to appoint a Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator
The Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the firm's services.
Skills and experience required:
- Formal tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a professional services or legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC (pay per click), email marketing, and social media best practices.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- CRM software exposure (on InterAction would be an advantage)
- Sound working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Photography skills would be an advantage.
- It's important to note that this role requires expertise in InterAction, which is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software specifically designed for law firms.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
