What you will be doing:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and investor portal projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
- Oversee development of digital/custom portal components, utilising front-end expertise (including WordPress), standardised components, and emerging AI solutions.
- Handle complex data integrations (ETL, CRMs, SSO) with upstream and downstream systems.
- Act as the primary technical liaison, offering expert advice, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and mentor team members, promoting a culture of excellence, AI innovation, and resilience.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be ideal (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- 6 - 10 years of software development/full-stack experience.
- 15 years of career experience, including recent client-facing and managerial roles, preferably in financial services.
- Strong background in solution architecture, designing and implementing complex digital solutions, including proficiency in front-end/back-end development, RESTful APIs, backend integration, and cloud technologies.
- Proven ability to manage data integrations (e.g., ETL, SSO), with Salesforce or Snowflake experience being a plus.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams, mentoring developers, managing large-scale, time-sensitive projects for enterprise clients, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Track record of driving innovation, challenging the status quo, and successfully adopting AI in practical applications.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills; must be deadline-driven, proactive, thrive under high pressure, and consistently deliver exceptional results.
- Must be able to secure visas for travel to clients in Europe and North America (USA, Canada, UK, Schengen Zone).
