Position: Digital Designer
Location: Fourways, Johannesburg
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: R25,000 - R30,000 (Based on Experience, skill and in relation to your current package)
We're on the lookout for a Digital Designer in our JHB office. You should have an exceptional eye for design, a strong and diverse portfolio, and a passion for crafting digital experiences that resonate. What you'll be doing:
- Designing stunning, user-centric websites with a focus on UI/UX
- Creating motion graphics, animation, and video content (Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro or similar)
- Conceptualising and executing brand identities and visual storytelling
- Delivering high-quality design work across digital campaigns and social media
- Working with clients across industries, both locally and internationally
- Collaborating with developers, strategists, and other creatives to bring ideas to life
What we're looking for:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- A relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD)
- Proficiency in After Effects, Premier Pro, and video editing software
- Confidence using tools like Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Figma, and Adobe XD
- Experience working with both SMMEs and big brands
- A refined, creative eye and a beautifully curated portfolio that showcases digital, motion, and web work
- Strong conceptual thinker with a clear sense of visual identity and branding
- Familiarity with basic web development and collaboration with dev teams
- Able to manage time effectively and work well under pressure
- Passionate about growth both personally and professionally
- A team player with a can-do attitude who's eager to learn and contribute
