About the position

Job Description:
We are in search of a talented and innovative individual to join our clients team as a Digital Creative Lead, specializing in digital marketing and content. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Creative Lead focused on website management, client-facing portals, and marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to drive our digital marketing strategies and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign optimization, with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and generate leads.
  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned media channels.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Lead the development of high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms including websites, social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling content aligned with brand messaging, voice, and objectives.
  • Manage content calendars, editorial schedules, and distribution strategies to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.

Brand Alignment & Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing efforts including content creation, messaging, and visual assets.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure cohesive representation across digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to brand standards and company values.

Creative Collaboration & Industry Research:

  • Brainstorm, ideate, and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns and content initiatives in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies and campaign concepts.
  • Facilitate creative workshops and brainstorming sessions to explore new ideas and push the boundaries of digital storytelling.

Digital Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns from concept development to execution, including creative development, on-set shooting, and campaign build-out across multiple platforms.
  • Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and other creative professionals to ensure successful execution of campaign visuals and assets.
  • Brief and assist the team in implementing campaign elements across various digital channels to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for diverse digital channels and target audiences.
  • Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and on-page optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, visual communication, and brand alignment.
  • Advanced skills in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.).
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and web development principles for content optimization and website maintenance.
