Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce & Digital Operations Coordinator to manage the full product and promotional lifecycle across multiple digital sales channels. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is analytical, highly organised, and passionate about improving processes. You will take ownership of product listings, promotions, and platform operations while identifying smarter, more efficient ways of working. Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Platform & Product Management
-Manage product listings, pricing, and content across Shopify, Stock2Shop (S2S), and Syspro.
-Ensure accurate integration between platforms, resolving sync errors and data discrepancies.
-Maintain high-quality product information, images, and descriptions that meet brand standards.
-Review and approve all website content before publication.
2. Promotions & Campaign Management
-Set up and launch promotions across digital channels in line with the marketing calendar.
-Coordinate content and artwork to ensure campaigns go live on time.
-Monitor live promotions, resolve issues, and remove expired offers.
-Identify and resolve promotional discrepancies before they impact customers.
3. Reporting & Analysis
-Extract and analyse sales and website data to produce actionable performance reports.
-Identify trends, stock issues, pricing gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
-Present clear insights to support commercial decision-making.
4. Meta & Google Platform Management
-Monitor Shopify integrations with Meta and Google Merchant Center, identifying feed errors, sync issues, and product disapprovals.
-Review Google Search Console and GA4 data to identify changes in traffic, visibility, and website performance.
-Recognise tracking or integration issues and escalate them with clear supporting information.
-Understand how Meta and Google platforms connect to the eCommerce environment (this is not a paid media role).
5. Email Marketing & Automation
-Build, schedule, and manage email campaigns using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
-Maintain automated workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation.
6. AI & Continuous Improvement
-Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve content creation, reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.
-Apply AI to solve real business problems and continuously identify smarter ways of working.
Non-Negotiable Skills & Attributes:
-Hands-on experience with Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform.
-Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract, clean, and interpret sales data.
-Working knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Google Merchant Center, including integrations and troubleshooting.
-Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pricing, content, product feeds, and promotions are always accurate.
-Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
-Self-motivated, organised, and takes ownership of workload with minimal supervision.
Highly Advantageous:
-Experience with Stock2Shop (S2S) and/or Syspro ERP
-Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Search Console
-Background in email marketing platforms and automation tools
-Exposure to multi-website or multi-brand eCommerce environments
-Experience working within a marketing calendar or promotional planning framework
