About the position
ENVIRONMENT:
BREATHE life into brand stories as your creativity & drive is sought to fill the role of a Digital Content Creator & Designer wanted to join the growing team of a dynamic Investment and Commercial Property Management Firm. You will produce engaging, high-quality content that connects with audiences, strengthens the online presence, and supports marketing campaigns. You’ll have the chance to flex both your content and design skills while collaborating with the Marketing team to deliver standout results. Applicants will need a Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Digital Media/Design or similar field with proven experience creating content across multiple formats (copy, graphics, video, etc.), have strong writing skills with a knack for engaging storytelling and impactful CTAs. You will also require basic design skills with proficiency in Canva essential. A portfolio of your work will be expected.
DUTIES:
- Create engaging content – Write, design, and produce original copy, visuals, and multimedia tailored to each platform (social media, blogs, email, and web).
- Design digital assets – Use Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools to create scroll-stopping graphics, videos, reels, and ad creatives aligned with brand identity.
- Support campaign strategy – Work with the Head of Marketing to align content with seasonal promotions, launches, and brand objectives.
- Email Marketing – Manage campaigns end-to-end in Omnisend: from planning and content creation to scheduling, testing, and reporting.
- SEO & Visibility – Apply best practices to improve rankings, visibility, and engagement.
- Spot the trends – Monitor social and digital trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Cross-team collaboration – Work with the Marketing Assistant for insights and external creatives for larger productions.
- eCommerce Support – Build and edit Shopify pages, test performance, and optimize for conversions.
- Ad Management – Assist with campaign setup in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads, plus performance reporting and content optimization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications -
- Degree/ Diploma in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Digital Media, Design, Communications).
Experience/Skills –
- Proven experience creating content across multiple formats (copy, graphics, video, etc.).
- Strong writing skills with a knack for engaging storytelling and impactful CTAs.
- Basic design skills (Canva essential; Adobe Suite desirable).
- Understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and SEO.
- Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Google) and analytics tools.
Advantageous –
- Shopify experience (Building/Editing pages, A/B Testing).
