Roughly 60% of your focus will be:
- Managing, updating, and optimising the main website and campaign landing pages.
- Enhancing user experience through design, performance tracking, SEO, A/B testing, and responsive design.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align digital content with communication and fundraising goals.
- Being the go-to champion for CMS usage and best practices.
The other 40% will be:
- Growing online engagement and traffic through strategic SEO, email campaigns, and CRM integration.
- Supporting marketing automation and segmented supporter journeys via HubSpot.
- Coordinating with social media channels to extend reach and conversions.
- Analysing metrics and adapting strategies based on performance data.
Your Toolbox Should Include:
- A relevant qualification in Communications, Marketing, Web, Design, or Media.
- 3+ years’ experience in digital content management, website admin or digital marketing.
- Strong CMS skills, preferably with experience across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager), and basic HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with digital content tools like Photoshop or Canva.
- Bonus points for experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Copywriting savvy—clear CTAs, compelling headlines, and sharp editorial judgment.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Passion for the environment and a strong alignment to values like courage, respect, and collaboration.
