Location: Lynwood Extension, Pretoria

Requirements:

• Diesel Mechanic Trade qualification
• Minimum 3–5 years' post-trade experience working as a Diesel Mechanic
• Experience working with automatic gearboxes.
• Must be familiar with Cummins, UD, and Tata Engines
• Must be comfortable with both hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Strong knowledge of fault diagnosis and repair procedures
• Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic software
• A commitment to workplace health and safety practices
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on diesel engines and related systems. 
• Identifying and troubleshooting issues with diesel engines and associated components using diagnostic tools and software. 
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintaining records of maintenance and repairs. 
• Working on automatic gearboxes.
