About the position
Our clients are seeking a Diaper Machine Operator to join our team.
Roles And Responsibility:
1. Operate, start, stop and adjust the machine according to established procedures.
2. Perform visual inspections and quality control checks on finished products.
3. Ensure continuous supply of raw materials to the production line.
4. Detect and report basic mechanical or electrical faults to the maintenance team.
5. Record operational data; production output, downtime, material usage, downtime etc.
6. Perform minor machine adjustments to maintain proper operations.
7. Comply with industrial safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and proper use of PPE.
8. Participate in cleaning routines and basic preventive maintenance.
9. Maintain and control accessories, tools and materials in an orderly manner with names in their drawers.
10. Assign tasks to machine assistants, coordinator and packers.
Requirements:
1. Minimum education: High school diploma (technical training preferred)
2. Experience 1 - year operating industrial machinery( preferably hygiene-related products)
3. Basic mechanical pneumatic, and quality control knowledge.
4. Ability to detect faults and work under pressure.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Responsible.
