About the position
Constant Investigation and configuration of environment, platform and application monitoring
Constant Investigation and configuration of monitoring solution products
Manage and maintain application platforms to ensure stability and continued high performance of platforms
Continual investigation into best practices, methodologies and tooling of deployment, DevOps, monitoring, release and configuration management
Minimum Requirements:
Matric and Tertiary Qualification IT or Computer Science
4 Years experience in a similar role
Experience using DevOps tools
Be Familiar with Application platforms like: Apache Tomcat, IIS, RedHat JBoss EAP
Knowledge of Infrastructure application configuration like Ansible, pubppet, chef, Formean
Must have a good understanding of web-based services like APi's, Rest and SOAP
Be familiar with SDLC within an Agile environment
