About the position
Looking for a talented DevOps Lead Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth deployment, automation, and scaling of our client's applications and infrastructure. You will work closely with the Development and Infrastructure teams to streamline processes and optimise the development lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role. (Minimum 5 years)
- Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes & Terraform.
- Proficient with Jira, Bitbucket.
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Proven Experience with CI/CD Tools. Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure as code (IAC)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of Agile workflows is advantageous.
- Certification in DevOps and/or DevOps systems/tools are advantageous
