About the position
ENVIRONMENT:
A Company who builds and scales AI, SaaS and Talent platforms, is looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud-native environments. You will be responsible for automating infrastructure, improving deployment pipelines, and ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
DUTIES:
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments
- Automate deployment and scaling processes
- Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and alerting
- Collaborate with development teams to improve workflows
- Optimize performance and cloud costs
REQUIREMENTS:
Core Technologies
- Cloud: AWS (preferred), Azure or GCP
- Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
- Infrastructure: Terraform
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS DevOps tools
Core Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
- Experience with Docker and containerization
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- AWS DevOps Engineer certification
Education
- BSc Computer Science / IT or HBO/WO Informatica
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Security best practices
- Experience in SaaS or product environments
