About the position
An opportunity exists for a skilled DevOps Engineer to own and evolve multi-cloud infrastructure, lead migrations, implement security controls, and drive continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. The role involves managing infrastructure across multiple cloud providers, supporting production systems, and championing DevOps best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-cloud migrations and infrastructure initiatives
- Spec, build, and support new platform features and enhancements
- Implement and maintain security controls: IAM, secrets management, certificates, compliance
- Support infrastructure across all environments and cloud vendors
- Lead deployments and upgrades, ensuring application and infrastructure monitoring
- Delegate and distribute work across the DevOps team
- Manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions with self-hosted runners)
- Drive continuous improvement in reliability, security, cost efficiency, and performance
- Establish and champion DevOps best practices
- Respond to and fix production incidents
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of DevOps experience
- Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred, or Pulumi/CloudFormation)
- Significant experience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Deep Kubernetes expertise with production cluster experience
- Experience with MariaDB/MySQL & PostgreSQL
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end accountability for projects
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
