About the position
Our client is seeking a passionate DevOps Engineer to join a growing team delivering cloud-native solutions for innovative projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who enjoys building scalable AWS infrastructure, automating deployments, and ensuring highly reliable production environments while working with cutting-edge AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software delivery.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Deploy and manage containerised applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Support MLOps and AgentOps by deploying, monitoring, and scaling AI solutions.
- Implement monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident response practices.
- Support the deployment of AI solutions into production and cloud-based platforms.
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver robust cloud solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar role.
- Software development experience using Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript, with Bash proficiency.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience is essential.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience maintaining production environments, monitoring, and operational reliability.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Advantageous
- AWS certifications or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).
- Experience with AWS Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore.
- Open-source, startup, or product development experience.
- Experience with AWS CDK using Python or TypeScript.
