About the position
The Divisional CFO is a key executive who will partner with the Divisional CEO and board to develop and execute the strategic direction of the organisation across all subsidiaries, both financial and operational. The Commercial & Industrial Division includes various businesses involved in clay brick manufacturing, transportation, salt mining as well as retread tyre manufacturing. The role ensures regulatory compliance, supports sustainable growth, and enhances shareholder value within the South African and broader African context.

About The Employer:
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CA(SA) or SAIPA registered
10 years' experience in finance
Minimum 5 years in executive leadership (CFO/FD level)
Experience in:- Group/multi-entity structures- JSE-listed or large private companies
Exposure to African or international markets (advantageous)
