About the position
Key Responsibilities
- End-User Support & Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Install, configure, and update IT systems and applications.
Perform preventative maintenance and system tests.
Ensure all support calls are logged, updated, and resolved according to SLAs.
Provide support and mentorship to junior technicians.
Manage Active Directory (users, computers, groups).
Monitor and maintain user applications.
Build trusted relationships with clients as an IT advisor.
Maintain a minimum 98% customer satisfaction rating.
Communicate technical updates and escalations to clients and internal teams.
Follow company SOPs, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to monthly operations reporting.
Manage vendor and third-party escalations.
Complete personal development activities (as per IDP).
