Design Engineer (x2)

About the position

Our Client who is in the manufacturing sector, is looking for Design Engineers to join their Sales team
Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in heat exchanger design and sales
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transfer principles
• Experience in managing Client relationships and developing new business opportunities
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft word, especially Excel
• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer heat exchangers according to Client specifications and requirements
• Provide technical support to Clients and Sales team
• Manage Client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop new business opportunities and grow the company's customer base
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing products and processes
• Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends and advancements
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery of products
• Provide training to Customers and Sales team as required
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and sales presentations
