About the position
Our client is looking for an accomplished nursing leader to support the overall management of nursing services. The successful candidate will work closely with senior nursing leadership to maintain high standards of clinical care, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the management and coordination of nursing services.
- Support the implementation of clinical governance and quality initiatives.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to nursing teams.
- Monitor patient care standards and clinical outcomes.
- Assist with workforce planning, staffing, and resource management.
- Promote compliance with healthcare legislation and organisational policies.
- Participate in strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current SANC registration.
- Relevant management or nursing administration qualification advantageous.
- Proven nursing management experience.
- Strong clinical governance and quality management knowledge.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making abilities.
