About the position
A leading five-star, multi-disciplinary dental practice is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our front desk team. This is a key role where you will share responsibilities with four other receptionists to ensure smooth daily operations. You will primarily manage the diaries of our Dentists, Periodontists, and Oral Hygienists, supporting both our patients and clinical team in delivering exceptional care.
Responsibilities:
- Diary & Patient Coordination: Manage appointment schedules across multiple practitioners with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring optimal clinic flow.
- Customer Service: Provide a warm, professional experience for patients in person, over the phone, and via email/WhatsApp.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate patient records, billing, and documentation, upholding strict confidentiality.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between patients and clinical staff, responding promptly and effectively to queries.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts and patient concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' receptionist experience (dental experience is an advantage).
- High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency in all tasks.
- Professional, well-groomed, and well-spoken with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organizational excellence and the ability to multitask in a high-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in general computer applications; knowledge of GoodX and/or HubSpot is a bonus.
