Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Consulting and Solutions Services (CSS) Delivery Executive. The CSS Delivery Executive will be responsible for delivering consulting and systems integration services, managing consulting projects, providing training and development services, and communicating with clients and managers.
• These CSS services include:
• Business Consulting - Business Process Management, Project management services inclusive of Project Management Office.
• Enterprise Architecture - Governance & Digital solution design.
• Systems Integration - Technological solutions for ECM, BPM, Integration, and Microsoft solutions.
• Project Delivery - The CSS Delivery Executive will be responsible for ensuring that the targeted profit margins are achieved or exceeded and that Tipp Focus' quality standards are fully adhered.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree or BTech in Computer Sc, Information Technology, Engineering, BCom or Equivalent business degree
• Broad project management or IT-related delivery qualification will be an advantage (AGILE,PRINCE2, PMP, TOGAF, CORBIT)

About The Employer:

- CSS Delivery Executive will act as a Project Director / Programme Manager in all the CSS projects and will be responsible for ensuring that the right resources with the appropriate skills and experience are deployed to the projects. This function will be the main point of contact between Tipp Focus clients and internal Tipp Focus stakeholder management concerning project delivery. The CSS Delivery executive will develop and maintain senior client relationships, and handle client issues for the mutual benefit of both the client and Tipp Focus.
- The Incumbent will be expected to perform the essential functions.
- Responsible for developing the business plans for the CSS project delivery division that are aligned with the overall Tipp Focus strategy
- Develop and implement internal delivery processes and methodologies that will be used to deliver customer projects
- Work closely with the Sales teams and the Technical team to craft solutions and architectures that will be proposed to the customers
- Responsible for the Bid Management process (tenders and proposals) for the CSS services and solutions, including costing and ensuring meeting of profitability targets
- Lead the proposal presentations to the customers with the help of the Sales team and the Technical team
- Develop and deliver strategies for adding value to the clients, ensuring that expectations are managed proactively and any issues arising are dealt with promptly and appropriately
- Recruitment of the required team members within the different project streams.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of programmes and projects (internal or external) from initiation to completion, delivering agreed solutions on time, to budget and fit for purpose
- Manages and motivates the project managers and teams, ensuring that all have clear objectives, receive regular feedback on performance, and have timely, honest project appraisals completed.
- Develop team development plans and ensure implementation thereof
- Manage the budget and ensure savings for the CSS Delivery division
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding targeted programme and project profitability plus accurate, timely reporting of all project variables.
- Maintain a good relationship with the customer
- Drives the future growth of by leading continuous improvement initiatives within the Management Capability while ensuring alignment with the Technology and Consulting capabilities.
- Continuously seek faster, better, cheaper, easier ways to create and keep customers
- Ensures that appropriate project management and quality standards are developed and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drives the future growth of by working closely with Sales & Account Management to identify innovative, profitable solutions that result in additional business opportunities for Tipp Focus.
- Takes responsibility for contracts and commercial terms applying to the programmes/projects and ensures that Tipp Focus is not compromised by non-compliance.
- Act as a main point of contact between the customer and Tipp Focus
- Ensures that all customers provide Tipp Focus with written recommendation letters upon completion of every project
- Complies, and ensures team members comply, with all confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements and ensures security of information at all times.
- Work closely with the ISO9001 team to ensure adherence to the Tipp Focus policies and document management standards

- All projects are delivered on time, on budget, and as per the defined quality standards
- All bids identified and agreed upon are developed to high-quality standards and delivered on time to customers
- All projects meet or exceed the targeted profitability requirements

- Upsell more services/products of the group to the existing client base
- Retention of customers through successful delivery of projects
- Job's Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Requirements:
- At least 7 years in the Management Consulting and ICT industry
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable success in a senior project management level
- At least 4 years of managing multiple delivery teams in different types of IT and consulting projects
- Personal knowledge and exposure to both public and private sector projects
- Evidence of developing and managing sound client relationships
- Broad technology experience covering a wide range of environments and architectures plus a sound awareness of technology trends would be an advantage.
- Exposure to legacy and emerging technologies will be an advantage.
- Experience in adhering to recognized project management disciplines and quality standards, including the establishment of PMOs.
- Implementation of large Software development/architecture projects with multiple streams
- Strong ability to make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of client demands and Tipp Focus commercials.
- Strong ability to work to tight deadlines.
