About the position
- Experience specifically with defended foreclosure cases, preferably involving BANK related matters
- Answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing general office duties.
- General office and personal administration
- Drafting and processing legal documents under attorney supervision, including motions, pleadings, notices, sheriff's letters, and other litigation-related documentation.
- Ability to perform general administrative tasks relevant to a defended foreclosure department.
- Typing, formatting and collating of notices and pleadings
- Dictaphone and copy-typing of a wide range of documents
- Competency in managing case files and documentation, ensuring all files are current and well-organized.
- Effective communication with clients, counterparts, and defendants
- Coordination with legal professionals to ensure timely filings, court appearances, reporting, and feedback to clients
- Maintaining organized file systems, tracking deadlines, and ensuring proper documentation.
Desired Skills:
- My Attorneys and CACS (bank-related systems)
- Experience using GhostPractice.
- Familiarity with Caselines
Desired Work Experience:
- 2 to 5 years Prosecution, Law & Advocacy
- 2 to 5 years Secretary
