What You'll Be Doing

• Manage the full daily ledger to keep all customer accounts current.
• Execute detailed daily reconciliations to ensure complete financial data integrity.
• Perform firm outbound calls to resolve outstanding client payment queries quickly.
• Build strong professional client relationships to ease the daily collection process.
• Maintain the general ledger and perform essential trial balance daily entries.

Experience & Qualifications

• You need three years of proven accounts receivable experience today.
• You must clearly perform complex daily reconciliations up to trial balance.
• You must show strong daily proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• You must possess a firm but professional telephone collection communication manner.
• You must easily commute daily to the active Nigel office space.
