About the position

Our client, a small but dynamic growing accounting firm, dedicated to providing efficient and professional financial services seeks to employ a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Debtors, Creditors, and Office Administrator supporting the Director.
 
Please note that candidates currently resident in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town will be considered, as well as experience on Pastel will be not negotiable.


KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • You will have completed Matric, coupled with 3-5 years experience in providing administrative support within a financial services or accounting environment, as well as having solid experience in debtors and creditors, with debtors and debt collection being more critical
  • You will have software proficiency in Pastel and Excel
  • You must be self-managed, organised, proactive and tenacious, with a proven tract record in collection of outstanding monies, together with providing recons and resolving account queries by clients.
  • You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
