Debtors Clerk

About the position

A company based in Germiston, Gauteng is looking for a debtors clerk.

DUTIES:

• Making follow-up calls to customers who owe money
• Keeping records of payments
• Identifying which accounts are overdue
• Contacting companies or people owing money
• Reporting back to management
• Monitoring and managing the accounts receivable of the company
• Ensuring that outstanding invoices are collected in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
• Resolving any payment discrepancies or issues
• Providing information and assistance to debtors
• Collecting payments and handling other debt issues

SKILLS:

• 3 Years SAGE Evolution experience
• 3 Years Debtors experience
• Matric
• Financial qualification will be advantage
