About the position
A well-established financial services business is seeking to appoint a Debtors Clerk (7 months fixed-term contract)
The main responsibilities include:
- Management of debtors: Membership, Trainees/ADP and Assurance fees
- Assist in capturing creditor and COD invoices.
- Assist in preparing monthly creditor reconciliation.
- Preparing monthly general ledger reconciliations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma or degree in accounting
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Debtors Clerk or in similar role.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office.
- Accounting systems knowledge and experience, preferably in SAGE 300
